Just last week the chain was accidentally broken by my son. I asked diamond delight if I can buy a replacement chain. To my surprise they replaced the chain absolutely free! Lucky me they have an available spare. Now that’s good customer service. I love the product even more.

Its a nice gift, neat and light and well made. Two comments tho, it came in tangled and it took a while to un do it and i almost lost the necklace!
